so this record is good. i had not heard this band before, but my roommate likes it so there you go. in other news, it’s been a pretty decent weekend. pretty decent. last night i went to lopez island. i decided I would only call it bar awsum when there was an event, but just to hang out it should be bar awsum. so I wen tthere and hung out. I think there will be a posse to go see the minutemen movie tomorrow, I am excited about that.

jumpsuit is still a great band. i am wearing their shirt today. it is pretty special. also, I dont know what I did with my slingshot dakota shirt. oh well. anyhow, WWIII and I jammed on the drums and microphone. lot’s of screaming and pounding, but I think the end results were good. Maybe i will try to get an mp3 together of our efforts. it’s a noise project.

today mssr. rennick from colorado visited en route to boston. we hung out and went to evanston and hung out with one of his friends from back home who just graduated from northwestern. it was nice. plenty nice. now I am back home, writing in the dorkbook. I think I will go to filter and do some of the work that I should have done yesterday. Then I will call grant- maybe we can go over to his house and play darts. there should be a dart board on every wall. I want to get better at it.

also, I think when someone is stuck working a boring job an dyou re going on vacation to some exotic, pirate-infested island, you should not rub it in their face and offer to bring them back a tan. just plain rude.
