so. here are a list of things i should not admit to thinking about when I am out shopping in various places.

1- that girl in the record store is cute. i will go silently look at indie rock records right next to her and maybe she will want to go out with me.

2- that girl in the grocery store is cute. i will go linger in front of the frozen vegetarian section and maybe she will want to go out with me.

3- that girl at the coffee shop is cute. I will go drink my coffee and silently read and maybe she will want to go out with me.

4- that girl at the clothing store is cute. I will silently look at clothes and maybe she will want to go out with me.

5- that girl at the bar is cute. I will go stand next to her while I order a beer and maybe she will want to go out with me.

6- that girl on the train is cute. I will make sure to not make eye contact with her and maybe she will want to go out with me.

7- that girl waiting at the bus stop is cute. I will drive by and maybe she will want to go out with me.

8- that girl waiting in the airport terminal is cute. I will go get on my plane, and maybe she will sit right next to me and then want to go out with me.

9- that girl at the rock concert is cute. I will pay close attention to the music and nothing else, and maybe she will want to go out with me.

10- that girl on tv is cute. too bad she won’t get the chance to see me not paying any attention to her whatsoever and thusly want to go out with me.
