so i am going to start my drive to chicago, unless i cannot sleep, then i may start tonight. the problem with that is that i have to feed the dog and cat tomorrow morning, so that would be problematic. i could always feed them tonight and leave them outside, and then call someone tomorrow afternoon and ask them to put the dog in. that would be totaly fine. my sister gets back tomorow, and she could potentially do it, however she will probably want to go to her own house and her own husband, not someone elses house and someone elses dog. who knows.

i browsed through the rideshares on craigs list and i offered someone a ride. they are in tulsa, and it is out of my way, but i thought it might be fun. of course, it is pretty problematic that i am offering a ride about 12 hours before the ride would be given, so i do not expect to get a bite, but it would be fun. i am contemplating ofereing someone else a ride, but i still have the same problem and the other ride is in kansas city, which is even further away, it is two girls, and they want to go to detroit, not chicago. but im kinda in the mood for adventure, so who knows. i was thinking about emailing the person in tulsa again and telling them i could even leave early tuesday morning from tulsa, and then i would drive to tulsa tomorrow, which i have heard from roommate joe is a cool place. i would hang out there, and then find the person and take them to chicago. with two drivers we could pretty much drive indefinetely, so it wouldnt matter so much that i lost about half a day. still, i dont want to seem like a freak offering to make such changes to my plan to accomodate a perfect stranger. in all likelihood i will drive alone to chicago, which is also fine. i contemplated offering a ride from chicago to boston, but i realized i am planning on taking like 5 days to do that drive, and i doubt anyone is interested in that, it would be totally weird.
