so who would have thought that I would ever be psyched about leaving my home four days a week to go to st. louis and teach computer programs a new language? i mean, teaching a computer program, the premise is pretty darn stupid, though it might actually happen. being “unemployed” or better yet “on the bench” has taken its toll on me. Sleeping in every day and hardly working does not realy make anything better. Hopefully tomorrow morning I will get a phone call that tells me to be in the big MO Monday morning, early as possible. At least I will be in the same time zone.

In other news, I have been trying to find some cool places to play in Madison and Milwaukee. Hopefully something cool will turn up. They are small towns, and, as such, offer few awesome places to play, so the ones that are there are pretty lame. Speaking of small towns with lame music scenes, I wonder what St. Louis will be like. Maybe Slingshot can help me with my hotel room. Them and Joe Jerkins.

Though they will most surely be gone by then.

In other news, Miller High Life is too bubbly for me today. I should drink some whiskey or go get a real beer somwhere. Also, tomorrow is payday. That is rad.

Any more news for you? Well, Jumpsuit cds are for sale at Reckless Records here in town, just down the street for my house. So that’s exciting. Hopefully some hipsters will go buy some damn cds. It’s hard sitting on a goldmine and actually wanting people to take gold from you, but they are too busy mining dirt to pay attention. So it goes.
