Too lazy to type. Also, too lazy to figure out why the first few seconds of the video got clipped. So it goes.

Looks great – you’re putting a lot of work into it. if you don’t want to finish you can just leave it as it is, we’ll deal with it fine i’m sure.

we’re super excited -looks like you’ll be busy for hte rest of the month!

(don’t worry – you have EXACTLY A MONTH.)

Yo Brett, this looks amazing. You’ve done a ton of work! I’m curious how you dealt with the asbestos abatement – was it a surprise or did you know you had black mastic under the tile? 3 layers – that’s nuts. Did you get a professional abatement company? I deal with this ALL the time in my line of work as a property manager, but mostly in our industrial spaces. The residential asbestos usually shows up in the acoustic ceilings. Looking forward to seeing the finished product!

    re: asbestos.

We looked online and found a guide for how to remove it, so we pretty much just followed those directions. We only had two people, and it recommended three, but otherwise I think we handled it pretty well. We’re also not 100% sure it was asbestos, we just think it was because the tiles were 9″x9″, which are generally bad.
